The 755th Medical Detachment was assigned to the 170th AHC, I am sure that with other units they had their own medical detachments. Each unit had their own pocket-patch made up. The 755th did the flight physicals, and ran sick-call plus went out on nightly patrols around the outside of Camp Holloway.
